Terms and Conditions

1. Publisher

These terms govern the purchase and use of the « Luna » Zendesk Guide theme (the « Theme »), published by Isulium, contact@isulium.fr, Pau, France.

2. Scope

The Theme is a visual and functional template for Zendesk Guide. It is licensed under a Standard or Developer license, in line with Zendesk Marketplace practices for themes.

3. Licenses

Standard license: right to install and use on one (1) Zendesk account through the theme settings panel, without access to source code.

Developer license: right to install, use and modify the source code (templates, CSS, JavaScript) on one (1) Zendesk account for the licensee's own needs or those of an end client.

Each license is valid for a single Zendesk account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Isulium, you may not: resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly share the Theme or its source files; remove author or copyright notices; use the Theme on multiple Zendesk accounts with a single license.

The Developer license does not permit resale of the Theme as a competing product or standalone template.

5. Trial and purchase

When the Theme is offered on the Zendesk Marketplace, free trials and payment are handled by Zendesk under their terms. Prices shown on isulium.fr are indicative and may differ on the Marketplace.

6. Updates and support

Isulium may release Theme updates (fixes, Guide compatibility). Updates are provided through the Zendesk Marketplace or, for direct purchases, by notice to the buyer.

Support covers defects attributable to the Theme under documented use. It does not include custom customization, Zendesk training or hosting.

7. Intellectual property

Isulium retains all intellectual property rights in the Theme. The license grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use without transfer of ownership.

8. Warranties and liability

The Theme is provided « as is ». Isulium strives to maintain compatibility with Zendesk Guide but does not warrant it will be error-free. Isulium's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant license, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Personal data

The Theme runs within the customer's Zendesk environment. Isulium does not collect end-user help center data through Theme use alone.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pau, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
